Can I Buy Miyoshi UK Products?

Yes, as long as you are a professional or student nail technican you can register and your purchasing account will be created. This will allow you to buy online or direct from the Miyoshi UK headquarters.

Delivery

99% of our products will be in stock at the time of placing your order, you should therefore expect delivery within 2 working days. In some cases there can be a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Goods are insured upto £500.00, you must contact us if your order volume is over this amount and you wish to insure the goods whilst in transit.

The cut off point for next day delivery is 13:00 hours.

Returns

We offer a 48hr cooling off period on the condition that: The goods have not been used, purposely damaged or tampered with in anyway.

You must contact us within 48hrs to advise us of the return. And the item must be returned witin 7 days.

The safe return of the item is your responsibility.

Once the item has been received and we are happy that it hasn’t been tampered with, we will issue a refund. Please note the refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges.

Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 24hrs to advise us of the fault/damage. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact us within this time. The faulty/damaged item  must be returned to Miyoshi (UK) before we can issue a refund.
